What are the key responsibilities of the position?
• Personally running the reservations for the exclusive game lodge
• Personalized service to guests and travel industry
• Manage other reservations staff

What type of experience do we require?
• At least 3 years of experience in a reservations environment providing personalized service
• Game lodge experience beneficial

Which qualifications will secure this position?
• Relevant tertiary hospitality education required
• Outstanding track record

What skills / behaviours are required?
• Must be able to work independently
• Professional and friendly telephone manner with friendly and caring approach
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have the ability to “sell”
