Looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to lead a dynamic team. The position entails ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target. Supervising General Job Performance of reservation staff by implementing of policies and procedures and training.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of specific managerial/team leader experience
Knowledge of business systems, strategic development, statistical analysis
Excellent planning/problem-solving
Ability to work under pressure
Several years of experience in the travel industry, with specific experience in safari/tour operations
Good understanding of reservations systems and strong team leadership
Proven track record in a senior management role
Strong organisational and communication skills
High level of computer proficiency
Knowledge of Tourplan will be beneficial
