Knowledge / experience of our reservation system Panstrat or Eres.

Be able pull reports, interpret -achieved rate, occupancy.

Experience of the tourism industry;

Tour operators and the associated sales channels
Local tour operators and international and how they relate to each other
Online travel agents and online tour operators, Expedia,
Direct bookings
Commissions
An appreciation of luxury, our lodges cater to the discerning traveler
Freedom to visit the lodges, probably 2 x per annum
Ability to manage multi lodge bookings which involve multiple emails and clear communicating between tour operator and sister lodges and coordinating flights
Work with Fed Air and their online booking system
Managing accounts and apply our Tour operator & C’s
Salary R11 000 to R16 000 per month plus 6 monthly incentive
