Stunning 5* Boutique Hotel requires experienced Reservationist to join their team immediately.

Essential Requirements to be met:
• MUST have minimum 3 year’s Reservations experience
• Reservations experience in 4 and/or 5 star environment required
• Excellent telephone etiquette and absolute fluency in English!
• Confident with guests
• Handle pressure very well
• Computer literacy essential
• Flexible and good sense of urgency
• Experience with dealing with guest on every level
• Innkeeper or Hotel Booking System experience essential
• Fluent in English

Must be able to work week-ends and overtime, own transport essential.
