A 3 star Hotel in Rustenburg is looking for a passionate professionals to join our dynamic team as a Reservations Manager

Purpose

The Reservations Manager is responsible for ensuring that your team provides the highest level of guest services and that our standards are met and maintained at all times.
Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

Management

Build and maintain relationships with strategic corporate clients as well as agents for the team to achieve targets as set out.
Ensure that all paperwork and system operations are completed to company standards for the team as required.
Assist in rate management.
Anticipate and take responsibility for addressing all guest’s service needs.
Listening to guest’s complaints or concerns, resolving their issue in a timely manner or report to management as required.
Liaise with various departments in order to ensure the smooth running of the guest experience.
Ensure that payroll information (such as timesheets) are submitted to payroll timeously
Ensure that the Reservations Depratment Runs smoothly.

Communication

Maintains good communication channels with other departments.
Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests.
Listening to guest’s complaints or concerns, resolving their issue in a timely manner.

Requirements

Knowledge

Matric
Travel and Tourism Diploma (Advantageous)
3 - 5 year's experience in a similar role
Previous experience Booking and revenue management software (advantageous)
