A well-known engineering firm is looking to employ a Resident Engineer to commence duties as soon as possible. The contract will be based in KZN and will involve the overseeing of water related projects.

Applicants must possess a BTech degree in Civil Engineering, and should ideally be registered with ECSA as a PrTechEng. Candidates should have at least five years’ experience in water related projects. Responsibilities for this position include construction monitoring, liaising with the Engineer, preparation of relevant documentation and reports, as well as the mentoring of junior staff. As travel to site is necessary, a valid driver’s license is required for this position.
