We’re a fast growing Financial Services company and we are looking for a Resolutions Agent to join our Cape Town team. This is a very exciting role and the successful candidate will be faced with new challenges every day. He / she will be responsible in assisting with the smooth running of the Resolution Administration department.

Key Performance Areas

Under the management / direction of the Operations Manager, the Resolutions Agent following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Liaising with clients and debtors to follow up on queries
• Providing debtors with letters via email, post or fax
• Breakdown letters and arrangement letters
• Follow up on unallocated payments
• Liaise with clients on queries raised by collectors via Excalibur e.g File closures etc.
• Escalating queries to management
• Ensure query queues are maintained
• Manage internal relationships i.e Finance, Data etc.

Requirements
• 2 – 4 years’ customer service experience
• Matric qualification or equivalent
• English language proficiency and one other South African language
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Hours
Monday – Fridays: You will be required to work an 8.25 hour shift per day scheduled between 07:30 and 15:45
Saturdays: You will be required to work a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month, a 6 hour shift on each Saturday between 08:00 and 14:00
