Job description:

Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from various Job boards for multiple positions simultaneously
Making use of In-House database to search for suitable candidates
Networking and Head Hunting to find candidates who meet our client's full requirements
Telephonically pre-screening of candidates
Scheduling of interviews for Consultants

Minimum Requirements:
Must have Matric
Previous experience with job boards a must
Previous work experience within recruitment
Previous customer service and sales experience
Be technologically savvy
Have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent Telephone etiquette
Attention to detail a must
Ability to keep yourself updated with the latest developments in Healthcare Legislations
