Job description:
- Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from various Job boards for multiple positions simultaneously
- Making use of In-House database to search for suitable candidates
- Networking and Head Hunting to find candidates who meet our client's full requirements
- Telephonically pre-screening of candidates
- Scheduling of interviews for Consultants

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have Matric
- Previous experience with job boards a must
- Previous work experience within recruitment
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Be technologically savvy
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent Telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to keep yourself updated with the latest developments in Healthcare Legislations
