This restaurant is one of Cape Town's finest seafood and sushi restaurants and is an all-round sensory experience. With windows spanning the length of the restaurant guests can enjoy the magnificent views, fresh sea breeze and sound of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. The restaurant services the hotel as well as walk in guests with breakfast, lunch, dinner and conferencing.

They now seek a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the management of this 120 seater restaurant, manage its 45 staff members, and implement new systems and procedures to improve operations. A minimum of 3 years restaurant general management experience is essential, as is an excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and a solid track record within the industry. Candidates with a Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management qualification will be preferred, and all applications must have a driver’s license and own vehicle.
