Restaurant General/Operations Manager – Umhlanga Ridge Kwazulu Natal

I am looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER with a great track record to take this vibrant restaurant to the next platform of success. We provide all customers with an excellent culinary experience, and fantastic service, in a stunning setting with great ambiance.

Duties will include FULL OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY as a General Manager. This will include all STAFFING, FOOD AND BEVERAGE COSTS AND BUDGETS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS, to name a few. Working very closely with the Head Sous Chef, it is ideally suited to someone who is not only passionate about GREAT food and GREAT customer service, but who has also earned a GREAT reputation as being the best in the game with a keen understanding of food.

Success in this position will require a long term commitment with the right dedication and passion, along with excellent experience and skills in a similar position.
