Restaurant Manager

5* Hotel - Centurion Pretoria

Minimum 3 - 4 years experience as Restaurant Manager in fine dining hotel restaurants.

Experience on Point Of Sale (POS) systems.

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.

Highly presentable.

Fully computer literate

Drivers Licence and own reliable transport

Well spoken and well groomed with good customer relations skills

Good under pressure and able to think on your feet

Must be a South African Citizen with a valid ID doc or must have a valid work permit

Must be prepared to work late shifts, weekends etc

Ambitious, self motivated & energetic

Good contactable references
