General Manager / Restaurant Manager

Location: Atholl, Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: R15k – R25k per month

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager – FOH and BOH
Halaal restaurant experience advantageous
Pilot POS advantageous
Computer literate (MS Office)
Own transport and drivers licence
Formal hospitality training/education (degree/diploma) advantageous
Must be prepared to work flexible/variable working hours, nights, and weekends
Customer focused, personable
Energetic, outgoing, confident
Good management skills
Good organisational skills, proactive
Attention to detail
Good team motivator
Dedicated, passionate, ambitious

Duties:
General management of Halaal franchise restaurant
Implementing prescribed systems and maintaining brand standards
Strong focus on financials, driving sales, and controlling expenses
