Applicants will be expected to :
Run daily operations of 65 seater restaurant.
Restaurant is Open Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Work shifts - 6 shifts a week.
Recruit, train, discipline, organise and maintain staff contingent.
Daily cash up and balancing petty cash.
Stock control, data capturing and other cost controls.
Customer satisfaction and experience.
Deal with suppliers, keep an eye on prices and negotiate deals if needed.
Be strong in FOH and staff relations.
Be strong on admin and POS.
Work out staff rosters and deal with minor HR issues.
Deal with any maintenance, improvements or services as required by the business.
