A Restaurant Supervisor position has become available in a upmarket, fine dining restaurant of a 5* Boutique Hotel in Cape TownPrevious experience in a 5 Star hotel restaurant or similar environment. Excellent food and beverage knowledge. Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurant. Excellent communication and management skills. Must be able to supervise a staff complement. Must be able to interact with guests, dealing with teir requests, complaints and queries. Well groomed, friendly and presentable.
