Job Description:

This role will include daily bank recons, monitoring the retail bank account and ensuring appropriate transfers, reviewing daily investment transactions, quantifying corrections that need to be processed, weekly determination of commission payments. Preparation of FSP initial commission statements, monthly preparation of trail balances for all the retail products, expense fee billings, preparations of monthly FSP fee statements, monthly debit order and income reconciliations, calculation. Preparation of PAYE files to be submitted to SARS for annuity payments and also yearly preparation of financial statements and audit files as well as dealing with audit queries.
