We are seeking to recruit a Retail Sales Associate with great future progression to ownership.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Building client relationships
* Increasing business and sales for the company

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:

* Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage

Career Opportunities:

You will be responsible for the promotion of a financial product, learning how the business operates and understanding the company. Advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the company, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future. You will also be responsible to coach and develop your own sales and marketing team and will have the opportunity to run your own franchise under our company umbrella. You will work your way up to trainer, team leader and finally owner. The process takes 12 to 18 months and we are very deliberate about who we bring into our professional environment.
