We have an international market research agency looking for a Retail Services Executive – Market Research. Responsibilities include among others:
• Service retail clients and respond to client queries professionally and accurately within 24 hour response rate

• Develop an understanding of retail audit methodology

• Build market and product knowledge on all related products and panels

• Monthly data production, as specified by line manager

• Support a well-defined list of clients and retailers, as specified by the line manager

• Prepare for recruitment and servicing of retailers

Requirements:
• Must have a degree qualification in research
• Minimum 3years market research experience
• Strong knowledge of research methods and tools
• Very good business acumen and financial knowledge
• Strong consultative and client relationship managing skills
