PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Matric
• A+; N+
• Project management and \ or training skills qualification will be advantageous
• 2-3 years’ experience in field hardware & software support service
• Experience in hardware configuration setup, repairs and maintenance & software installations
• 2-3 years’ training in software use & functionality to end user
• 2-3 years’ experience in field (support & services)
• Pastel Partner \ Evolution accounting experience is advantageous
• Sigma & dStore skills \ experience is advantageous
• Ability to use systems knowledge to improve business efficiency through effective usage of group systems
