Retention Administrator - Cape Town, Southern Suburbs

Our well-established, successful client within the Financial Sector is seeking a Retention Administrator to join their dynamic and driven finance team. The retention team is responsible for the retention of the individual policyholder while resolving arrear premiums.

If you have 2 years relevant experience in a call centre environment, 1 year + debt collection experience and enjoy interacting with clients then this may be the role for you.

Sufficient training and support will be provided and the opportunities for a hard working candidate that likes new challenges are unlimited.

Role to include:
• Contact clients in arrears and reach agreement on how arrears will be settled
• Marketing effort to retain the client by effectively handling objections and creating a need for the product
• Update administration system with bank details, contact details, cancellations and interactions with clients
• Communicating arrears premiums in writing and other client communication e.g. resubmit policy documents to clients
• Answering inbound calls and responding to client emails on a timely basis

To be considered you have:
• Matric
• 2+ Years relevant experience in a call centre environment
• 1+ Year debt collection experience
• Admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of insurance industry products highly advantageous
