Our client is JSE Listed Company who is looking for Retentions Agent to ensure the renewal and continuation of current contracts

Minimum Requirements
Ø Matric/Grade 12/equivalent qualification
Ø Fluent in at least 2 of the national languages
Ø Two (2) years relevant experience would be an advantage

Job Specification

Ø To sell the various allocated company products telephonically to existing clients with expired or soon to be expiring contracts ensuring that targets are consistently reached

Ø To follow up on all renewal contracts sent out to existing clients

Ø To receive and resolve inbound and outbound telephonic calls and queries from clients as per the Departmental Policy and Procedure

Ø To provide the client with the necessary documentation to resolve the client’s request

Ø To liaise with other internal and external parties ensuring that the client’s request or query has been resolved

Ø To ensure that clients are contacted and consulted in the event of the possible renewal of the client’s contract

Ø To ensure that the CRM system is constantly updated with regards to possible leads as well us to update client details

Ø To complete all office administration efficiently

Ø To strictly adhere to all Departmental and Company Policies, Procedures and SOP’s

To complete any other task or duty management may reasonably expect of you
