Position Overview
Clerk in Claims Department - Claims investigations, Data capturing and Returns Credit Note processing – Reporting to Claims Manager

Requirements
• Matric
• Knowledge of Syspro
• Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of warehouse operation and stock control issues

Essential Job Functions
• Daily capturing of Returns credit notes, ensuring credit passed at correct reason codes and prices. (Local, Vital and Bloemfontein)
• Daily update Credit note report for Debtors in excel and forward to relevant departments weekly
• Daily update Excel Spreadsheet – Claims register. Forward daily to relevant managers.
• Match claims received from debtors to Uplifts received from Reps
• Assist with claims investigations – queries from Debtors and Warehouse
• Assist with pricing and on invoice credit note processing
• Assist Claims Manager with general admin as required
• Assist with weekly stocktakes
