Are you a MEP Draughtsperson who can call yourself a champion on Revit MEP? Do you have the speed and accuracy to complete drawings on time for senior engineers? You will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and plumbing building services draughting of pump stations, pumps, pipework (incl. valves, bends, joints & flanges), HVAC and plumbing, as well as hot and cold water reticulation systems, cold and freezer rooms, as well as the electrical draughting of lighting, power and DB boards. This engineering consultancy is situated in the Cape Town business district and specializes in commercial, residential, industrial and community projects, ranging from shopping malls to luxury apartment blocks.

Qualification:
Revit MEP (2010/2011/2012) Certificate
NDip: Mechanical Engineering

Skills & Experience:
Detailed draughting of pump stations, pumps, pipework including valves, bends, joints and flanges
Draughting of mechanical HVAC and wet Services on Revit
Checking drawings
Duct design (Equal friction method) and duct resizing
Electrical lighting, power & DB boards’ draughting and design work
Issue drawings & working alongside engineers and architects to complete draughting and designs
Mechanical draughting of hot and cold water reticulation systems, cold and freezer rooms on Revit
Liaising with clients
3 years’ Revit MEP draughting experience
8 years’ consulting engineering experience
