Are you a well versed Mechanical Technician or Draughtsperson with a strong ability to draught and design plumbing services in building services? Become a MEP Technician working on fast paced projects with a strong emphasis on Building Information Modelling within the Building Services industry.



Qualification:

NDip in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous)

Certificate in AutoCAD

Certificate in Revit MEP



Skills & Experience:

A proven track record of projects with a strong implementation of BIM

A good understanding of Building Services and the ability to keep drawing records up to date

Experience modelling water reticulation, drainage and rainwater drainage

Knowledge of mechanical systems in multi-storey buildings

Knowledge of SANS 10252-1 and 10252-2

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Engineering Consulting Firm

Minimum 1 year Wet Services Revit MEP Modelling
