Job Purpose
To provide reliable, value added and independent feedback, advice and support to the Executive: Group Risk Management over the effectiveness of risk management within PSG. To develop and design quantitative models to measure, track, monitor and assess the Company’s risk profile.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and improve risk management strategies and processes within all PSG divisions
• Plan, execute and manage risk analysis and assessments, both quantitative and qualitative, against set parameters
• Organise and draft appropriate risk reporting and executive summaries, internally and externally
• Assist management in identifying and quantifying risks
• Monitor risk exposures against the risk appetite
• Assist management in establishing risk strategies, policies and internal protocols including effective risk management communication and
reporting
• Building relationships with the respective management teams

Minimum Requirements:
• Financial service experience advantageous
• Top academic achiever
• Relevant Post graduate qualification (i.e. CFA or similar)
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements advantageous
• Risk management qualification and experience advantageous
• Mathematical /Modelling / Statistical
• Advanced Excel an d /or similar
