Organisation specializing in providing Financial Services Software Solutions is rapidly expanding and looking to hire a Risk and Compliance Clerk to assist and support management in the implementation and monitoring of a compliance risk management framework.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a completed matric certificate as well as 2 to 5 years in Risk and Compliance Role or Internal Auditing.
This position requires a person who is able to travel all over South Africa extensively and will require sleep out travel up to 3 days per week on occasion. It would therefore suit a single male without dependents.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Contribute towards the development of an overall compliance approach which ensures that the organisation meets its risk /quality /efficiency /legislative management obligations and supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with NCR and other regulators like PASA and any other regulatory and legislative requirements that affect the business.
• Consolidate risk & compliance reporting across the business. Provide training on regulatory requirements to the business on request.
• Stakeholder relations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of compliance management plans, policies, processes and monitoring to ensure the organization complies with laws and regulations, and statutory and supervisory requirements
