Tracking company requires the Services of a Roadside Assist Agent: Roadside Customer Service Agent in the Monitoring Call Centre based at our Head Office in Johannesburg. This position requires a candidate who is committed to delivering extraordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers and their safety. The ideal person should be able to work shifts of 12 hours, be committed and dedicated and work in a disciplined environment.

• Matric or Equivalent
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the motor industry
• A high level of telephone etiquette
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Cognitive and behavioural skills regarding problem solving, reasoning, creativity, flexibility and practical troubleshooting.
• The ability to function at various levels within the business/organisation.
• Excellent communication, listening, writing and communication skills.
• The ability to pay attention to detail, co-ordinate and organise.
• Assertiveness, empathy and negotiation skills.

• Customer Service Experience
a. 12 Months experience in a Customer service environment
b. Ability to handle pressurised situations or conditions
• Must be able to work shifts (weekends & public holidays) and have own transport
• Work standby when required
• Understand the importance of teamwork
• Be able to work in a disciplined environment
• Be able to follow Processes and Procedures
• Accurate data capturing
