Sales Account Executive

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE
§ Assesses, evaluates, establishes and develops business opportunities.
§ Identify new business opportunities relevant to Group commercial interests.
§ Achieve sales budgets.
§ Develop strategic business plans.
§ Conduct market research of business opportunities.
§ Identify new potential products and new market niches
§ Tactically project manage accounts on an ongoing basis
§ Manage accounts from an operational focus to a strategic level.
§ Track and report on key sales indicators to National / Group Sales Manager.
§ Establish an efficient and effective reporting system that will add valuable information to the customer and the business.
§ Provide National Sales Manager with weekly sales repor
§ Conflict Resolution
§ Effective communication with production, internal sales support, customer service representatives, estimating and national sales manager.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
§ Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business Management or appropriate industry sector knowledge acquired through experience.
§ At least 3-5 years knowledge and experience in account management.
§ Ability to interact effectively at all levels up to executive, managerial and directorship level.
§ Must have the ability to understand and communicate general concepts of client building, economics and analytical processes.
§ Outstanding communication skills.
§ Ability to formulate strategy to achieve business development opportunity.
§ Good listener
