Great opportunity exists for a Sales Administrator within a well-established international manufacturing firm. The position will grow into a Representative position.


Requirements:

Grade 12

Marketing qualification – advantageous

1 year experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be willing to travel


Responsibilities:

Update records of samples sent

Reconcile samples

Weekly sales reports

Pending orders

Warehouse sheets – stock info and withdrawals of faulty stock

Checking of packing configuration

Generating new proforma invoices on Syspro

Checking availability of stock on Syspro

Creating job cards

Updating client info

Liaise with shipping department regarding shipments

Capturing of sales and marketing costs
