Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Office Administration Tertiary Qualification
• Strong Computer Literacy
• Valid Driver's license (Code 08)
• Sales Administrator / Office Administrator experience in the manufacturing industry
• Shorthand experience
• Excellent Typing skills
• Excellent Organization and Communication skills both verbal and written (Afrikaans & English)
• Professional Telephone Etiquette
• Strong personality
• Sales / Admin orientated
• Go getter
• Energetic
• Well presented
• Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing and able to work irregular hours if required

Duties:
• Assisting Sales Representatives with sales administration
• Receive and create orders and quotations, create files for every job order nationally
• Accurate filing of job order files and capturing job orders on the companies system
• Editing job orders
• Checking all job order on the system making sure they are captured correctly
• Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
• Ensure the Senior Director is fully briefed on any engagements he is involved in
• Ensure guests meeting with the Senior Director are well taken care of
• Act as Personal Assistant to the Senior Director and execute all PA related functions and responsibilities
• Filter telephone calls, appointments etc to ensure effective time management
• Perform any other duties when required
