ROLE / PURPOSE
Retail Capital provides a funding solution to small businesses in South Africa as an alternative to traditional bank lending products. Our business cash advance facilitates business growth through uncomplicated, flexible and convenient funding solutions, based on joint success.

We are looking for a Sales Agent to promote the Retail Capital business cash advance to specific target businesses within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, beauty and wellness industry segments.

REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Minimum Matric (Grade 12) and relevant industry experience
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, business consulting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Other:
o Bilingual - English / Afrikaans
o Demonstrate good financial / business acumen.
o Must have access / relationships with a large network of retail businesses suitable to the Retail Capital financial product.
o Must be self-employed, a self-starter and able to work independently.
o Must have own transport, laptop and mobile phone.
o Good organisational, time management skills and relationship skills

General:
o Agents will work independently with support from the Retail Capital Head Office for credit underwriting, sales and marketing material.
o You determine your own hours and write your own pay cheque as remuneration is commission based
