Salary: Basic + Commission (Potential income of R10 000 conditions apply)
We are hiring motivated individuals to start work immediately. Candidates must be fluent in English and in any one of the following languages: Ndebele, Shona, Chichewa, Swahili, Yoruba, Hausa, Ibo, Twi.
Job Description.
• Market and promote our products.
• Assist clients to open bank accounts.
• Explain fully to clients on how the account works.
• Work with customers to find what they want.
• Find new sales.
• Investigate problems, prepare reports and develop solutions.
• Make recommendations to management.
• Attend educational workshops.
Candidates Requirements:
• Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Customer service oriented.
• Posses strong ability to prospect, negotiate.
• Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality
• Strong product knowledge.
• Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic with ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time.
• Efficient communication with customers.
• Strong technical abilities, with PC and internet usage experience.
• Ability to learn.
Successful candidates will attend an induction course.
