Our client in Wellington has a opportunity for a Sales and Administration Coordinator.

Qualifications
Matric, Diploma or Degree in sales & marketing associated courses

Experience & Knowledge

Computer, cell phone applications & systems understanding/skills a must

Excellent organisational, prioritization and communication skills.

Job description

Assist and process loading allocation & specification from stock system
Chase & process order numbers on system from clients for deliveries
Allocate prices on system against fruit purchased and sold to customers
Manage and control packaging received from client and to be used in processes

Also reconcile these on weekly and monthly basis.

Communicate and follwup on sales and delivery updates to clients
Manage staging stock with vendor and reporting thereoff
Assist marketing manager in truck allocations and forecast planning

Remuneration

Negotiable, depending on experience and capability evaluated in interview
