Our client an international food and beverage company based in Edenvale seeks a Regional Sales and Merchandising Manager to oversee the full sales and merchandising function.

Minimum requirements:
Matric plus minimum 3 years sales and merchandising experience
Minimum 1-2 year supervision of staff
Individual must be entrepreneurial minded and able to work under pressure
Creative problem solver
Must be able to influence internal and external stakeholders
Go-getter who is able to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
Must be prepared to travel
Able to build relationships and influence people
Achievement orientated that strives to reach goals and objectives

Job Description:
Full sales and merchandising function of the forecourt channel within the region
Management of merchandising force
Relationship management
KPI management
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Manage 6-8 merchandisers in trade –
Create and adhere to route list
Ensure Brand and Promotional Execution
Merchandising of product
Collaboration with all parties involved

Availability: Preferably immediately
Contract type: 12 Month rolling contract
