We are recruiting for a candidate with at least 3- 5 years experience in the forwarding industry responsible for managing and development of new business. Excellent sales ability and understanding of the technicality of the industry will be a must for this role.

Key duties includes:

· Maintain and grow current clients base

· Regularly visits of clients

· Discussion SLA and ensuring all requirements are met

· Handing all client quires and sorting out problem areas

· Upselling of products/services

· Ensuring increase on profits on existing business

· Ensuring loyalty by building strong relations

· Monthly reports

· Doing presentations to clients
