Job Specification:
Sales Assistant
Availability : Immediately
Requirements:
? Property Sales qualification (advantageous)
? Minimum of 2 years’ experience in all aspects of residential property sales
? Excellent communication skills –English and Afrikaans
? Good working knowledge of MS Office (including excel)
? Strong administrative skills and following administrative procedures
? Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
? Able to read and understand an Agreement of Sale and the conditions therein
? Understanding property sales and the after sales process
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Pre Sales
? Updating sales list and distributing to data base weekly
? Updating data base with new agents/investors
? Coordinate progress and completion dates from the construction team with agents/investors
? Updating electronic systems / accurate data capture of ongoing/failed transactions
? Checking marketing campaigns and updating agents accordingly
? Preparing offers for signature / action signatures / deliver to relevant parties
? Assisting Sales team with any and all ad hoc admin preparation pre sales
2. After Sales
? Coordinate and overseeing conditions of OTP / Deposit due dates / Guarantee due date/Compliance certificates/FICA documents
? Coordinate after sales information with Portfolio managers for tenant notices and hand overs
? General coordinating between legal team and agents/investors
? Performance managing each transaction via legal team/Agents/Sales Team
? Creating sales reports for board packs
? Communicating information to Sales team & Legal team weekly or as required
3. General
? Regular communication with legal team (Acquisitions and Sales)
? Assist with queries at the municipality and opening new accounts where applicable
? Regular communication with agents and sales team
? General remote Support via phone and email
? Daily administrative tasks
? Accurate digital and manual filing
? Closing and archiving of files
? Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Annexure B: Remuneration schedule
? Reporting to Senior Property Co-Ordinator & Asset manager
? Salary R9000.00pm (depending on experience)
? Company to cover travel costs at a rate of R 2,80 per km for all company related travel

Candidates must have their own transportation
Have a valid driver's licence
