? QUALIFICATION SALES & MARKETING
? 3 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MARKETING IN THE AFTERMARKET AUTOMOTIVE FIELD.
? KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPARE PARTS MARKET
? EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
? ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY
? SELF MOTIVATED, ADAPTABLE AND RESOURCEFUL

Purpose of the role:
To administrate and process all customers orders/queries
Main Duties
? Maintain good communication with Aftermarket customers via regular visits in allocated area.
? Visit potential customers to obtain orders, increase market penetration and distribution.
? Provide prompt/efficient service to customers relating to any queries or complaints.
? Prepare and deliver product presentations.
? Arrange to provide customers with in-house training on all products.
? Assist National Sales Co-ordinator to co-ordinate, plan and execute promotions of products.
? Administer and distribute promotional and support material i.e. catalogues, signs, adverts, price lists etc.
? Obtain information from the market place and feedback to National Sales Co-ordinator in respect of competitive activity.
? Ensure good delivery of customer order/s by warehouse personnel by continuous follow-up.
? Assist with updating of catalogue and price lists.
? Represent the company at trade shows.
? Extensive travelling is involved in this position, involving time away from home.
