A Well established Group is looking for a Sales Consultant for Johannesburg.

Must have Matric and a relevant Diploma or Degree. FAIS Compliance, minimum of 60 credits at NQF 4 recognised by INSETA.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Product Knowledge: Multi Peril, Liabilities, HCV Transporters, Body Corporates, Marine Cargo and Liabilities, Motor Fleet, Motor Traders and Engineering.

Generate insurance leads in furtherance to successfully procuring new business
Negotiate mid and renewal terms with insurers
Knowlegde of insurance market in order to source new or renewal business terms
Manage escalated claims (administration done by claims staff)
Delegate work to junior underwriter
Policy Administration (loading new business, endorsements, renewals)
Understanding financial aspects of premium collection, pro rata's and impact and management of such on accounting module
Reconciliation of premiums, invoices and statements
