Sales Consultant – Haircare Products

Location: Maitland, Cape Town
Salary: R8k per month basic, plus commission

Requirements:
3 years sales experience
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Experience in the hair or beauty industry
E-commerce experience advantageous
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Honest, reliable and hard working
Self-motivated and proactive
Well-groomed and presentable
Good communication skills (telephonic and written)
Friendly, approachable and helpful
Good interpersonal skills with a passion for building and retaining strong customer relationships
Good sales and negotiation skills
Target driven

Duties:
Will be trained on all equipment, POS and online
Morning field work to cold call on new prospective equipment clients
All shop and online sales
Attending to any clients walking into the shop
Capturing stock
Stocktake
Processing the sale and packaging
Receiving orders online
Getting orders ready - arranging for collection and packaging
Returns
After-sales customer service
Training
Meet targets
Updating the website

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08h70 – 17h00
