Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Polite, helpful and positive attitude with customers at all times
Follow up on customer problems, requests etc.
Telephonic Sales
Cold calling
Strict targets in place
Sourcing new customers and signing them up
Handle all paperwork and admin relating to new customers and existing customers
Manage the clients expectations with regards to install appointments
Manage the signup and install procedures
Quotations to clients
Job Requirements:
Grade 12
Sales/Marketing qualification would be advantageous
High level of computer literacy including MS Excel
1 Year proven sales & administrative experience essential
IT or similar background advantageous

Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to close deals
Ability to do problem solving.

Valid SA driver’s license & own car to be used
R 5000.00 basic + Commission
