Sales Consultants – Overseas Positions

We are looking for sales consultants to join our growing international team. We are hiring in the following locations:

• Abu Dhabi
• Dubai
• South Africa
• HK
• Singapore
• Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales and marketing for overseas investment properties
• Generate and establish leads for new business opportunities
• Perform investment property sales to new clients
• Manage new and existing client relationships
• Perform administration tasks required to manage and complete the sales process
• Create sufficient activity in line with agreed sales plan and review on a monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred sales experience in overseas properties or residential field
• With 1 – 3 years working experience with minimum 1 year solid face to face sales experience
• Financial Services or Real Estate experience.
• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with integrity and ethically
• Ability to follow directions from Sales Directors, to interact with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Chinese will be an advantage.
