Employers Requirements:
-Grade 12
-FAIS Compliant (Specify FAIS credits)
-Excellent formal Sales Training and Understanding
-RE Qualification- Will be of advantage
-DOFA date (First date of registration as a representative of a Financial Services Provider)
-Min 1 year exp in Telesales (Motor Comprehensive)
-Exp in outbound call centre environment
-Excellent telephone sales skills
-Excellent communications skills (Verbal and Written)
-Motor Industry experience will be of advantage
-Excellent negotiating and closing skills
-Accuracy in Data Capturing
-Computer Literate - MS Word/Excel/ Outlook and CRM experience/Knowledge
-Clear criminal and credit record
-Own reliable transport
-Ability to Work late and weekend shifts
-*Background in motor trade industry would be preferable

Work duties will include:
-Work with leads allocated effectively
-Converting leads into sales and to handle objections effectively
-Achieve and exceed sales targets
-Respond to lead within allocated time period
-Ability to cross-sell and up-sell a range of products, assist with retention sales as well as the ability to close and meeting these targets
-Ability to accurately assess a customer's needs and to identify and deal with objections
-Following up on customer's deals
-Achieving and exceeding set requirements for Compliance and Quality scores
-Must be comfortable with cold calling and lead generating
-Accurately record all call details on the CRM System
-Daily reporting to be submitted to Team Leader
-Maintain and develop professional manner
-Daily administration
-Ad-Hoc duties required by management from time to time
-Work overtime when required

Cost to Company: R 6 000 p/m (A retainer will also be given to employee in the first 2 months of employment)
