Job Description - Limited To

Establish Customer needs
Up selling & Cross selling
Reach monthly target
Maintaining product knowledge on products supplied by the Client
Liaise with sales consultants daily
Going out for Business & business reports to be submitted on a weekly basis
Assist customers (in store and telephonically)
Daily & weekly reports
Follow up with customers
Educate customers on products
Assisting customers with queries
Ensuring stock sections are clean, stock is labelled according to Clients standards as well as neatly displayed
Complete and submit maintenance contracts
Complete understanding of Linux
Ensuring stock sections are clean and neat
Ensuring all AdHoc tasks are completed
Ensuring that no deal is lost to a competitor
Maintaining a competitive advantage
Delivering exceptional service
Assist with in store merchandising
Identifying market trends and business diversification opportunities
Driving of opt-in forms to build Clients database
Knowledge transfer/coaching of fellow employees

Candidate Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizing and administration skills
Grade 12/Matric
Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in a same or similar role
Knowledge of MS Office
Customer Service
Conflict resolution skills
Computer literate
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast pace environment
Results orientated
Negotiation Skills

Salary: R 5 000 – R 10 000 + Commission
