As such we require a Training & Development specialist to join the team to support the learning of our expanding workforce.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff, and have the confidence to deliver training material. We will expect this individual to have exceptional presentation skills, be able to build strong working relationships across the business, and ideally have sales and marketing experience.

This is a very hands on training role and as the business expands we expect the incumbent to get involved in international delivery as well.
