Purpose of the Job:

Global company involved in access control technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Director.

1. Required Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Studies Degree
• BS / MBA in Business or equivalent

2. Technical Competencies & Experience:

• Trained & experienced with Auto-cad 2D (or similar) drawing package – ESSENTIAL
• Min 10 years sales team related experience and/or training
• Experience leading widely dispersed sales team
• Thorough knowledge of Access Control/Security industry/Authentication technologies
• Proficient in preparing reports analysis using SFDC, MS Office - word, excel, PowerPoint

• Understand design & topography of electronic systems sold & future requirements within IT centric ecosystem
• Competent with all aspects of product software & firmware features & functions
• Keen knowledge & understanding of Ethernet & IP structures, along with Cloud computing
• Read, analyse, & interpret technical journals
• Understanding of financial reports
• Read & interpret legal documents
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members
• Write presentations & articles & effectively present to top management, public groups, & boards of directors
• Implement controls & reports to measure sales performance
