The company is a leading supplier of industrial spray systems used in many industries including Chemical and Mining.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Support sales office and customers
• Specify, install, commission, and service spray systems
• Diagnose industrial process equipment on-site and generate technical solutions and quotes
• Test and debug hardware and software
• Analyze existing control systems and make appropriate integration decisions
• Document all system/software revisions and produce instruction on use
• Solve customer and market applications through creative design
• Work with company engineers to design better products for market applications
• Provide technical support to engineers, sales offices, and customers
• Train customers, sales staff, and partner suppliers on new spray system technologies

R25k pm basic, car allowance, bonus structure etc

Skill Set
• 3-5 years field experience with industrial control systems
• Excellent customer service skills, diagnostic skills, and written/oral communication
• Engineering, programming, electronics or technical degree required - software and programming certificates/studies are a plus
• Industrial process plant knowledge - familiarity with safety/lock-out procedures a plus
• 60-80% local travel to customers 3-4 days per week, occasional overnights
• Knowledge of PLC programming, embedded control, and industrial communication platforms/software is a plus (Ethernet, OPC, Wonderware, Labview, etc…)
• Experience with PID and closed loop control programming
• Familiarity with industrial hydraulic/pneumatic/regulation systems a plus
• ISA or ISO certification and training certification records
