This role is in the steel fabrication sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Sell Steel Projects
* Estimating
* Pricing Negotiations
* Verifying the accuracy of all Team Quotes
* Mentoring and Growing the Sales Team

Key Job Deliverables:

* Turnaround the Sales Department
* To Sell R3 mil of Steel Projects per Month
* To ensure an Average Departmental GP of 30%

Background work experience:

* 5 years Steel Project Sales
* 5 years Steel Estimating
* 5 years Negotiate Pricing with Customer
* 5 years Account Management
* Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Fabrication
* Selling Steel Projects
* Has worked on steel projects from a sales and estimating perspective
* Estimation and proposal creation for steel projects
* Negotiating deals with clients
* Managing Existing Customers
* Advantageous: Specific Knowledge in Selling to Eskom

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R480K to R720K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
