Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:
Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships with the aim of securing sales for a state-of-the-art online reward solution
Identifying and prospecting for new business – both telephonically and face to face
Maintaining existing customers
Following up on all leads and closing the sales
Client visits and presentations as per call cycle
Daily reporting on activities (MS Excel)
Ensuring data collection and quality of submissions
Diary management and facilitation of own appointments

Essential Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification
Previous sales experience in a similar role. We will also consider graduates who have been exposed to sales or sales training
MS Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential

Exceptional communication skills in English – both verbal and written
Good presentation skills and ability to confidently present the products to the clients face to face
Team player
Sound interpersonal skills and able to build long term relationships
Ability to liase at Executive level – will be dealing with HR Managers, Directors, MDs and CEO’s
Persuasion and influencing skills
Results driven as this is a high performance, output driven environment
Ability to work to targets
Ability to self-manage and self-motivate – must be a self-starter
