Minimum Required:

Relevant degree of diploma

6-10yrs experience in sales

Minimum of 3yrs experience in retail and related environment

Skills Required:

Leadership skills with a good sales success record

Must have high learning ability to absorb the intricacies of the business in the shortest time possible

Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills

Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills

Need to be polite, professional, and confident and understand the industry and product they represent

Knowledge of the phone system and computer with which they are required to work

Be resilient and patient with customers



Key Performance areas:

To achieve monthly and annual targets incl. sales targets and new customer targets and each channel in their designated district

To Key Account each customer on her district to ensure sales growth through customer service

To ensure that all communication and promotional information is kept current in her district

Retention of current customers

Feedback and reporting to H/O

Monthly feedback on competitors intelligence

Quarterly sales reviews with top 20% or top 20 customers

Compilation of weekly report

Attend all H/O approves networking opportunities i.e. Markex

Analysing regional opportunities and develop action plans targeted to achieve regional and business objective's
