You will be required to source your own new business relationships with a large earning potential. If you have experience in selling or calling on Insurance Companies, Transport and Fleet Owners and Dealerships, it would be advantageous.

Excellent earning potential. Salary is experience based and market aligned plus excellent commission earning potential
Must be good at hunting for new business, strong on closing the sale and good follow up skills.
Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Developing relationships at various levels within an organization through use of direct sales techniques
Maintain and update Sales Pipeline daily on activity, quotes and sales.
Maintaining a high knowledge level of the company's products and services.
Sales performance; ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
To work independently in order to effectively structure a day to allow for key sales related activities, including sales prospecting time.
To be able to sign client contracts in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Desired Skills and Experience

3 or more years of sales experience in new business development.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
External sales experience in new business development.
Ability to deal with high end clients
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent and demonstrable people and communications skills. Strong relationship skills and the ability to work through short to medium term sales cycles.
Organizational skills, time management skills
Self-starter individual.
Able to manage change effectively and conform to shifting priorities and timelines
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) – good Excel skills
Strong negotiation skills
The sales person must be able to cope in a high pressured sales environment.
